Installing the apps on Shopify and iPhone/Android
Installing Shop Phone on your Shopify store is as simple as installing any other app on your Shopify store but with a couple extra steps to verify the native mobile app.
Logging in / Signing in
Here is how to log in after you’ve logged out. Since Shop Phone uses your business Shopify login as your user authentication (we don’t store any passwords or private information on our side) you will need to resend a PIN code every time you want to log back in.
Alert filters allow you to control what alerts Shop Phone sends you. This way you can make sure you’re getting the right alerts at the right time to close more sales and retain more customers.
Adding team members
Shop Phone works even better through teamwork. This way if one store operator is not available, another is available to have those important customer conversations.
Editing message templates
Message templates help kick start conversations with your users quickly. This way if you are sending SMS, WhatsApp, or Emails to start the recovery, follow-up or thank you message, you have a template in place to save yourself time.
Upgrading from free plan
All Shopify stores can use Shop Phone for free for two weeks. The free trial includes all features from the Basic plan (which is our middle tier).
